North Bay country rock with a little squeeze of the 90s… This show will be a single release in support of Laura Williams and Third Coyote’s second album due out at the end of summer. Imagistic but rocking songs – adjacent genres including rock, singer songwriter, Americana, and alternative.
Over 5 albums and 10 years, Great Highway is a high-energy livetronica Bay Area band. Their sometimes sorrowful, often hopeful, ear-worm songs feature live sax and harp.
From members of Great Highway comes Moonlust, a new moody, chill Bay Area dance project. Bay Area producer, saxophonist, and baritone guitarist Jason (Aeon Lucian) joins forces with electric harpist Starla Islas for this brand-new eclectic indie duo. The music is high-energy and captures a hypnotically moody vibe generated by deep synth textures and low sensual bass-y vocals, surrounded by layered lush harmonies and driving rhythmic harp and guitar.
