St. Lawrence String Quartet, J. S. Bach, Georg Philipp Telemann

Stanford’s prized ensemble-in-residence, the St. Lawrence String Quartet, curates the musical program for our annual Daniel Pearl World Music Days Concert celebrating the life of the Stanford graduate, violinist, and Wall Street Journal reporter who was slain in Pakistan in 2002. The quartet and other Music Department faculty and students will perform music intended to promote the kind of cross-cultural understanding and tolerance that Pearl sought and that is the mission of the Daniel Pearl Foundation.

  • J. S. Bach: Suite for Solo Cello

Presented in partnership with Music at StanfordHillel at Stanford, and the Office for Religious Life at Stanford University.
