Allie Tsubota makes transdisciplinary visual works exploring intersections of race, visuality, and the formation of historical memory. Her projects utilize large-format photography, video, photographic and filmic archives, and text to examine the role of photographic spectatorship through history, particularly as it intersects with the Asian American subject.
Project Space is located on the third floor of Building 944 and is currently accessible only by stairs.
