Pianists Sarah Cahill, described by The New York Times as “a sterling pianist and an intrepid illuminator of the classical avant-garde,” Adam Sherkin, and Adrienne Kim are presented in concert by Piano Lunaire. Cahill will perform several selections by composer Ann Southam, as part of a program titled: Portrait of a Canadian Minimalist. The concert will also feature original works by Sherkin – including the U.S. premiere of This Constant Song (Homage to Southam) – as well as music by Franz Schubert.
