The Jewish Partisan Educational Foundation (JPEF) is hosting a free film screening of Defiance (2008) in New York City.
The screening, open to the community, is geared towards educators and students; free curriculum materials will be available for all educators. A Q&A with director Ed Zwick, screenwriter Clay Frohman, and Brendon Rennert, grandson of Tuvia Bielski, will take place following the film.
