Joe Goode Performance Group (JGPG) presents the world premiere of As We Go, an immersive performance experience incorporating dance, text, music, and visual effects, inviting audiences to consider the body – its fragility and imperfection along with its surprising durability and ephemeral beauty – and the fearfulness that accompanies the inevitable demise of the physical body. “As We Go” asks viewers to reconsider the wondrous complexities of living and dying. This 75-minute performance takes small audience groups through the various and intimate spaces of San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.
A special free preview performance takes place on WED, AUG 2 at 7 PM.
