Experience Arvo Pärt’s monumental Passio in A Concert for Peace and Healing performed by the GRAMMY-winning Experiential Orchestra (EXO) led by Music Director James Blachly with soloists Enrico Lagasca, Haitham Haidar, and the Evangelist Quartet at Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine. The concerts begin with Orthodox Chants performed by Artefact Ensemble led by Benedict Sheehan, with singers stationed throughout the Cathedral. Audience members may recline on yoga mats or sit in chairs, immersing themselves in the Cathedral’s soaring architecture while being transported by Part’s serene and timeless music.
