Oakland Museum of California welcomes guests to an exclusive in-gallery photography workshop led by Walter Wallace. This hands-on experience teaches essential techniques while exploring OMCA galleries and fostering community. Get ready for a dynamic session with tips for both both digital and phone cameras, with spare cameras available. OMCA also invites guests to join Avril Angevine, OMCA’s Gallery Chats Facilitator, for a tour of our photography collection, where she’ll showcase similar techniques on our gallery walls. Participants can then wrap up with an engaging #OMCA photo scavenger hunt. It’s a chance to connect with fellow photographers and unleash your creativity in a vibrant, educational environment!
