This free monthly open mic for synthesizer music for synthesizer musicians and visual artists. This is an event series scheduled for every Second Saturday night.
This open mic is patterned after similar groups in Oakland and San Francisco. Musicians of all levels are welcome — we seek to create an environment conducive to mentoring new musicians. This is a project of Grateful Gardens San Jose, a community garden. Collette Lynner launched this as the spouse of Doug Lynner with support from Community of Christ San Jose Congregation, and from organizers of Resident Electronic Music hosted by Franck Martin, TanukiSpiderCat and Jah’s Tin, and from members and friends of the South Bay synthesizer community.
- Sets are up to 20 minutes long… SIGN UP.
- There is usually a group improv after intermission.
