Vocalist, trumpeter, and San Francisco native Cecilia Cassandra Peña-Govea, known professionally as La Doña, combines her deep roots in Latin folk traditions including corridos and rumba with the propulsive modern sounds of reggaeton, cumbia, and hip hop.
