“Mountain vs. Building hails from Oakland, CA. They are a spontaneous, collaborative ensemble that includes guitarist Michael Lowe Grandi, drummer/keyboardist Sheila Bosco, Brian Lucas on bass and electronics, and Mark Pino on percussion and effects. They have been involved with groups such as zBug, John Tchicai and the Archetypes, Cloud Shepherd, Barney Cauldron, Caroliner, Thomas Carnacki, and Ovipositor. Mountain vs. Building worship Appius Otacilius Strabo, a fossilized sponge found only in West Oakland.”
