Kerry King is an American musician, best known for being the co-lead guitarist and songwriter of thrash metal band Slayer. He co-founded the band with Jeff Hanneman in 1981 and is one of two members to stay with the band for its 43-year existence, along with Tom Araya. During Slayer’s hiatus from 2019 to 2024, King went on to pursue a solo career, with his debut album From Hell I Rise released in May 2024.

Born in the sewers of Richmond, Virginia during 2000, with the aim of spreading the shred, Municipal Waste played their first gig at a Richmond New Year’s Eve Keg party in 2000/2001. Blamed for inciting a small riot, Brendan Trache, Andy Harris, Tony Foresta and Ryan Waste went down a storm. As a result, the four swiftly started touring in small clubs; their blazing fast, raw thrash drew from the tradition of DRI, Suicidal Tendencies, ‘Animosity’-era Corrosion Of Conformity, Nuclear Assault and Attitude Adjustment.

Alien Weaponry is a three-piece “Te Reo” metal band taking the world by storm. Many of their songs are in New Zealand’s native language “Te Reo Maori”

With their debut album “” being acclaimed worldwide and included in many “top albums of 2018” lists, they are touring extensively and are playing some of the biggest metal festivals in Europe and North America. Their sound is fresh, raw and energetic just like their stage show.
