Duo organists Timothy and Nancy Nickel from Portland, Oregon, have performed throughout the United States and Europe, and have recorded two albums of organ music and three CDs of piano duet music. This concert will feature music for two organists on the bench side by side, playing music for four hands and four feet. Their program includes music by Clara Schumann, Thomas Tompkins, Nicholas Carlston, J.S. Bach, Leo Sowerby, Timothy Nickel, and Gustav Merkel. A festive reception in the Parish House will follow the concert. Do not miss this unique organist duo concert, something rarely heard in the Bay Area.
