Join Joseph Eichler expert Monique Anton, and Tiffany Truong of design-build firm Keycon, for a private tour of a rare original two-story home designed in the 1970s by architect Claude Oakland for real estate developer Joseph Eichler. The house tour will include a conversation with Anton and Truong, who will delve into the rich history of the Eichler home and community, and the architectural significance and social impact of these magnificent homes. Keycon will expand on its design-build role in updating the house for 21st century needs while preserving the key features of the original Eichler home.

Monique Anton is a leading voice in the preservation and revival of Joseph Eichler’s architectural legacy, serving as Broker and CEO of Modern Homes Realty. Known for her expertise in mid-century modern homes, Anton has been featured in Architectural Digest, Dwell, and California Home and Design. Beyond real estate, she produced the documentary People in Glass Houses: The Legacy of Joseph Eichler and hosts the podcast Midcentury Modern with Monique, where she explores the cultural significance of modernist design. With a background in film and media, Anton’s use of video marketing and her keen negotiation skills have solidified her reputation as a leading figure in the revival of Eichler homes.
