Acrobatic Sequencing with Mestre Tico is an intermediate to advanced level (ability to do macaco or a back handspring) workshop for capoeiristas and movers of all disciplines who wish to work on acrobatic sequencing.
This workshop will focus on the use of alignment and the efficient circling of energy generated though momentum.
- November 5 we will orient to the space, schedule and basic preparation.
- November 6+7 we will work within a professional circus “Trapezium” located 30 min drive from The Field Center, that has foam pits, mats and lots of support for learning.
