The Vancouver Visual Art Foundation invites you to get creative with our online art classes. We feature talented artists from our incredible Art Vancouver to teach their skills online.
Abstract Water Lillies
Learn to paint abstract water lilies by mixing colours to create movement and vibrancy. Lauren will teach you how to layer colours, mix paints in a loose abstract style to create your own personal painting. No previous experience necessary – the class will be taught with step by step guidance.
Materials:
- 12 x 12″ Canvas
- Liquitex or Golden Acrylic Paint: Primary Red, Cadmium Yellow Deep, Hookers Green, Paynes Grey, Bright Aqua Green, Titanium white, Primary Blue, Magenta, Black
- Brushes: 1 x medium flat brush, 1 x small pointed brush, 1 x medium oval brush
- Paper Towel
- Paper Palette
- High Gloss Varnish
