Rosario Giuliani who has seen it in the jazz cellar, has been seized by the dynamism and determination. His seemingly inexhaustible supply of energy, and in addition, he also impresses as a lyrical musician who knows how to play to sophisticated melodies along. Already in 1996 he formed his own quartet, which developed in a short time become one of the most dynamic groups of the European jazz scene and in 1997 the “European Jazz Contest” won. For this tour, he has taken percussion veteran Joe La Barbera, who played in the final trio of Bill Evans and worked with musicians such as Bob Brookmeyer, Phil Woods, Lee Konitz. Vibraphonist Joe Locke played with Dizzy Gillespie, Pepper Adams and worked successfully since moving to New York in 1981, including Grover Washington Jr., Kenny Barron, Dianne Reeves, Bob Berg and Randy Brecker. Daryll Hall tours regularly with stars such as Tom Harrell, Kirk Lightsey and Benny Golson, Roberto Tarenzi one of the leading young pianists in Italy. They complete the quintet, whose playing is characterized by harmonic sophistication and technical brilliance.
