The Pepper-Up Power Potion is designed to be fun, invigorating, and a little challenging … but mostly fun! Roxy will lead you through a quick warm-up, a few Pilates-based exercises to engage your core muscles, and lots of bellydance technique drills, ranging from easy to hella hard.
