Join According to Bazooka for a mini concert of irresistibly catchy original tunes with a vintage vibe on Facebook live. The band will be including some new tunes coming out on the next album along with old favorites.
A2B’s vibrant Americana infused sound blurs the lines of rock, folk, pop, blues, jazz and zydeco. It’s a lively show with irresistibly catchy melodies and well-crafted songwriting. Fun, heartfelt, energetic, meaningful are just some of the words to describe the emotions created by their writing. Their original songs dip into a communal subconscious to come up with instant favorites that blend delightful melodies with timeless lyrics. A2B delivers their signature retro-pop sound with a blend of guitar, accordion, upright bass, drums, and rich vocal harmony. It’s a unique show that invites listeners on playful explorations of American roots genres. According to Bazooka is back in the studio again working on a new album for 2021. This will be their fourth independent release and the third with Sacramento producer David Houston of Moon Studio. Previous Moon Studio recordings are their 2019 album, The Devil’s in the Details and their 2017 release “Where We Are Now.” A2B’s 2015 album self produced debut “Easy Come, Easy Go” was recorded in Dixon, California, at Foxtail Sound.
